(All participants of the Baby and Beauty Contests are required to be residents of the 5th District or attend/will attend school in the 5th District. No pre-registration is required. Baby contest is open to males and females ages 0 – 4 years of age. Beauty contest consists of three categories: Ages 5 – 8, Ages 9 – 12, Ages 13 – 18)
