VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT

Rock Hall is blessed with a superior volunteer fire department.
Highly trained emergency medical technicians, a state-of-the-art
ambulance and an experienced fire fighter force with modern
equipment are always at the ready to serve or save.
The Chester River Hospital Center in Chestertown is a large,
fully equipped modern hospital, while medevac helicopters ensure
that critically ill or injured persons are only moments away
from Baltimore's finest emergency medical facilities.
