Fishing and Crabbing

Fishing has long been a tradition on the Eastern Shore, and includes crabbing and oystering. For those without boats of their own, charters for fishing can be arranged out of Rock Hall or rowboats can be rented in season near the Eastern Neck Wildlife Preserve. Fishing can also be done from the banks of streams and rivers, from public landings and jetties, from bridges and on inland lakes. Be sure to get a fishing license!
