Effecive September 1, 2019 Rock Hall's Planning and Zoning Administration services transferred from Kent County's Planning and Zoning Department in Chestertown to Chris Jakubiak & Assoiciates, Inc.
Chris Jakubiak is our new Administrator. He can be reached at 443-895-4240 or email@example.com. Chris will primarily be supporting planning and zoning remotely, but will be on site in Rock Hall as needed.
The new permit process will be as follows:
1) Contact Chris directly with any permit or zoning questions that you have.
2) Chris will provide you with the appropriate permit application documentation and and fee requirment either via email directly to you or to the Town Hall Office for your pick up.
3) Once you have completed an application and turned it in to the Town Hall Office, along with any fee payment due, it will be emailed to Chris for processing and approval. Chris will work directly with you on any issues and email the permit either directly to you or to the Town Hall Office for your pick up.
