Halloween Parade and Costume Contest

The Town of Rock Hall and the Parks and Recreation will host a Halloween Costume Parade and Contest on Saturday, October 27th, 2018.

PARADE: The parade will line-up at 4:45 PM at the Village Gazebo on the corner of Main Street and Rock Hall Ave. The parade will begin at 5 PM promptly and march down Main Street and end at the Rock Hall Civic Center.

CONTEST: The costume contest will be held at the Rock Hall Civic Center and will start as soon as the parade ends at that location.

The age groups : 0 - 12 months, 1 - 3 years, 4 - 6 years, 7 - 8 years, 9 - 12 years, Over 12 years

4 winners in each age group; all winners equal (i.e., no 1st, 2nd, etc.)  The Group judging will be separate (a group is any number over 2). Prizes will be awarded.

Free hotdogs, chips and juice box for children, adults will be charged $2. Every child will also receive a complimentary small pumpkin.
