MAINSTAY - First Friday with Joe Holt

For more than 40 years Len Grazier was recognized as one of the premier jazz pianists on the Delmarva Peninsula. He founded the Shore Jazz ensemble upon relocating to Maryland and made the promotion and preservation of American jazz music a lifelong pursuit. Soon after Lenny's passing in 2005, Joe Holt stepped in on keyboard duties, playing alongside Mike McShane on drums and John Ewart on sax. In the early 2000's, settling in Rehoboth after 16 years of performing in Paris clubs and resorts, vocalist Holly Lane came on board. Now, in the 2020's Shore Jazz remains an active Lower Delaware/DelMarVa institution. John, Mike and Holly join Joe for a fun and first Friday show featuring the music ranging from Holly's French laced repertoire to the sounds of NOLA, Bossa Nova, Bop, and more.

UPDATE: This show will not feature Holly Lane on vocals. Shore Jazz will be accompanied for this show with vocals by Sharon Sable.
