MAINSTAY - Harp and Soul: Songs for the Season

On Sunday, December 11 at 4:00 PM, the Mainstay, in partnership with the Hedgelawn Foundation, presents a musical celebration of the seasons with a visit by Harp and Soul, perennial musical favorites in a program they have titled “Harp and Soul: Songs for the Season.”  The group consists of Meredith Hadaway (harp and concertina), Ben Bennington (guitar and vocals), Rebekah Hardy (oboe), Bob Ortiz (percussion and vocals), and Nevin Dawson (viola), They will be joined by special guest singer/songwriter Pam Ortiz. This year’s concert will feature songs of remembrance, hope, and above all, good cheer! Come celebrate the holidays with lovely and lively traditional music from the British Isles and beyond.
