CANCELED - NYE Rock Hall Crawl Hat Parade - Canceled due to Weather

HAT PARADE UPDATE - Saturday 12/31, 3:20 PM!!
Due to the dense fog advisory and rain forecast for tonight, Parks and Rec must cancel the hat parade for everyone's health and safety. But don't despair, you can still enter your amazing hat creations for judging!!

Please submit your pictures wearing your hat to the Rock Hall Parks and Rec Facebook page by Wednesday, January 4th, for a chance to be judged! Winners will be contacted through messenger Thursday, January 5th.
