Choptank Community Health will be at the Rock Hall American Legion Post 228
21423 East Sharp Street, Rock Hall, Maryland
for a FREE HEALTH SCREENING EVENT - NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED.
Screenings will include: Blood Pressure Readings, Hearing Test, Skin Checks and A1c (Diabetes) Screening.
The First 40 participants to complete all screening will receive a $100 gas card.
