Annual Fundraiser for the Mainstay

Last July, just weeks after we convinced ourselves that our backyard stage was ready to invite company, The Mainstay held its 25th Anniversary Gala celebration outdoors. After some light rain in the afternoon, the sky cleared, the temperature was balmy, and the band and the bartenders arrived on time. 

It was quite the bash! In fact, it was so much fun we’ve decided to do it again on Saturday, September 16th and dedicate the event to those who signed on for this wild Mainstay ride right from the beginning, and never let go. We're calling it our Founders’ Celebration Gala.

This year's party once again offers great food (prepared by The Happy Chicken), an open bar, great music provided by Buffalo Rose (easily one of the most popular acts from last year’s music calendar), and general merriment. There will also be a Silent Auction with a particularly interesting assortment of auction items (including musical odds and ends and puppetry items from Tom McHugh’s personal collection).
