Delmarva Fisheries Association and Maryland Charter Boat Association Federal Lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of January 24, 2024 action of the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries (ASMFC) to mandate drastically lower fishing limits in the Chesapeake Bay, Maryland Coastal Waters and beyond (including, but not limited to striped bass regulations) that adversely impact watermen, charter boats, and the Tourism Industry in Maryland.
