Dr. Diana Sánchez, a faculty member of the Peabody Preparatory of Johns Hopkins University, has developed an international career as a violinist. She has performed as a soloist with orchestras including the New Horizons Symphony in New Mexico and the Ibague Symphony Orchestra in Colombia. She has toured internationally with orchestras including the Colombian Youth Philharmonic Orchestra and the Cincopando Ensemble. Dr. Sánchez has been teaching professionally since 2008. She currently performs with the Iris Music Project Piano Trio, the String Quartet Alma Ensemble, and as a duo with pianist Alina Antonenko.

Alina Antonenko is a pianist, singer, and music teacher based in Baltimore, Maryland. She is a fourth-generation musician in her family. Alina is an active teacher, music director at St. John Lutheran Church, collaborative pianist working with musicians and dancers, and currently sings with the Bach in Baltimore Choir. She also performs as a Duo with violinist Diana Sanchez, and has recently joined the Iris Music project as a community musician-in-residence at Weinberg Village and Manors in the Baltimore area.
