Special Workshop

On Wednesday, January 22, 2020 the Rock Hall Mayor and Council will hold a Special Workshop Meeting to discuss Budget Adjustments, which commences at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 5585 Main Street, Rock Hall, Maryland 21661.

On Wednesday, January 22, 2020 the Rock Hall Mayor and Council will meet in closed session pursuant to the Maryland Open Meetings Act, § 3-305(b)(1) of the General Provisions Article of the Maryland Annotated Code for the purpose of discussing the appointment, employment, assignment, promotion, discipline, demotion, compensation, removal, resignation, or performance evaluation of appointees, employees, or officials over whom it has jurisdiction and § 3-305(b)(14) Before a contract is awarded or bids are opened, to discuss a matter directly related to a negotiating strategy or the contents of a bid proposal, if public discussion or disclosure would adversely impact the ability of the public body to participate in the competitive bidding or proposal process. The Closed Session will occur during a Special Workshop Meeting for the purpose of discussing a personal matter and reviewing bid proposals. The meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 5585 Main Street, Rock Hall, Maryland 21661.
