Traffic lights are flashing or out, whom do I notify?

Rock Hall’s only flashing traffic light located at the corner of Rock Hall Avenue and Main Street is owned and operated by the Maryland State Highway Administration. Residents can call (410) 778-3061 to report a traffic light outage.
