NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - CANCELED

The Town of Rock Hall Board of Zoning Appeals will meet in a public hearing on Thursday, March 19, 2026 beginning at 6:00 pm to consider a request for a Conditional Use approval in the Maritime Water Dependent (MWD) Zoning District per Section 225-5-10.C.(4)(d) of the Rock Hall Zoning Ordinance for the construction of a 875 square foot restaurant and accompanying seating area, docking, and service and loading areas by Rock Hall Landing Marina, LLC. The subject Conditional Use is proposed to be constructed at 5657 S. Hawthorne Avenue, Tax Map 500, parcel 584.
