NOTICE REGARDING FIRST QUARTER WATER & SEWER BILLS

The Town would like to provide an important update regarding first quarter water and sewer utility bills covering the period of January 1 through March 31, 2026.

Due to recent staff turnover and ongoing software related challenges, these utility bills have not yet been mailed. Under the normal billing schedule, these bills would have been due on April 30. We understand many residents have inquired about the delay, and we want to assure everyone that the bills simply have not been issued yet.

Please do not be concerned if you have not received your utility bill.

The Town also recognizes that receiving first quarter and second quarter utility bills in close succession could create an inconvenience for residents. To help minimize any financial impact associated with the delayed billing schedule, the payment period for both quarterly billings will be extended by an additional 90 days.

This extension is intended to provide residents with adequate time to plan and budget accordingly without penalty or hardship resulting from the delay. We sincerely appreciate the community’s patience, understanding, and continued support as we work through these operational challenges and continue improving the services provided to our residents.
