Service Line Warranties of America (SLWA)

Many homeowners are unaware that repairs to the exterior water and sewer lines that run on their property are the homeowner's responsibility. The water and sewer/septic lines buried underground are subjected to changing soil conditions, ground shifting, and corrosion, which may cause a sudden breakdown, leaving you responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement. 

The Town of Rock Hall has partnered with Service Line Warranties of America (SLWA)*, an independent company that offers eligible homeowners protection plans for repairs to their water and sewer lines. These programs provide repair coverage for your water and sewer lines with no deductible on covered repairs, and a 24-hour hotline available 365 days a year to schedule a repair.
